Error message: There is insufficient space to download this audiobook. Try removing other downloaded audiobooks

This error message indicates that there is not enough space on your Android device to download your audiobook. You will need to clear some space off of the memory of your phone in order to download more audiobooks.

To check the available space on your Android device:

1. Go to the Android Home screen.
2. Go to Settings > Storage.

Tip: Click here for more information on how to change the download format of your audiobooks in the Android application. Switching the format from High to Standard Quality willl reduce the file size by approximately 50%!
