Error Message: Failed to download title. Internal error

If you receive the error message "Failed to download title. Internal error" in the Audible for Android app, attempt the options below:
Option 1:
  1. Tap the left navigation menu Image.
  2. Tap Help & Support.
  3. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner
  4. Tap Reset Application.
  5. Tap OK.
This option will cancel pending and partial downloads. Any completed downloads or application preferences will not be affected.
The Audible for Android app may close and reopen and your library may have to reload again. Once complete, please attempt to download your audiobook again.
Option 2:
If your Android device has an SD card, unmount and then mount the card. Once complete, attempt to download your audiobook again.
Option 3:
Uninstall the Audible for Android app and delete any residual Audible folders that remain. Once this is complete, reinstall the app.
Note:This option should be used as a last resort. If you uninstall and then reinstall the app, you will have to redownload all of your audiobooks. Any audiobooks that were "marked as finished" will no longer be marked.
