To resolve this issue on your Android device, please first set your audiobooks to Multi-Part downloads.
- Tap the left navigation menu.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap Download Settings.
- Tap Download by Parts.
- Choose Multi-Part Downloads.Note:When Multi-Part Downloads are enabled, audiobook synchronization across devices using Whispersync for Voice may be affected.Next, change the download settings to High Quality, following the steps below.
- Tap Download Format.
- Choose High Quality.
- Press the Back Button on your device.
- Tap the left navigation menu.
- Select My Library.Once on your My Library page, please redownload the audiobook that triggered the error message.
